Hello all and welcome to my blog To Follow Hard it's about me (Melody Meyer) and my walk with Christ as I follow hard after Him in everything I do. Some of you may have known me from my other blog Call Of Duty. Well, I've decided to change things up a bit on this one like giving you updates on what God is doing in my life and other things like that.
As of now Christ is doing so much in my life. Lately, I've been in the midst of a slow transition between churches and life in general. God has been moving me around during the past six months. I first moved from a small town that I has lived in for about five years until six months ago God had moved me from that place and all the animals I had and now living in a larger city again I've been very happy with the move. But lately it's been hitting me hard lately God has moved me out of my comfort zone and that had made a huge change. I say that because earlier this year I had the struggle of where does God want me? And now I see it's at a church in Rio Rancho even though I really like the other church but God had moved in my life. So on that further note for the longest time I struggled in fighting for joy and God taught me so much I had my wonderful friend Paulette encouraged me as I fought for joy. God taught me over seventeen different things. Change is hard, but I think of Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God Works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His Purpose."
Now on with some of the new bright side of changes! I feel with leaving our old church and attending the new one, I feel God's call is for me to start a Bible study for the girls in the new year with John MacArthur's book Twelve Extraordinary Woman and I wonder if that's what God's call has been all along: to start a ministering to the young ladies of the new church or to encourage them. I can't be certain but I need to be in consist prayer to see where God will have me especially in the new year it truly is a beautiful life following after Christ.
